Horrible incident happened at @ ETL labs, Faizabad road , Lucknow!!! I went to give my first exam of Advanced bank management (CAIIB) yesterday , I reached the center at 8.20 am but they closed the gate denying me entry and said that gates are closed, u are not allowed to enter as the system will not allow you to login!!! I was shocked as the exam was supposed to start at 8.30 am and I was denied entry!! A girl was standing before me who reached at 8.16 and the same thing happened with her as well. Even on several requests they remained strictly adamant on their action!! It was raining very heavily in lucknow when I reached the centre also the address of the center was not properly communicated on the admit card. It was written that it was OPP kamta police chowki but no police chowki could be located OPP to it. Also no one nearby could tell the location of the center as it was not a famous one! It was on the top floor (3rd ) and no board was there to indicate the location of the center. The irony was when we called the police to come and sort the matter as almost 15 candidates were not allowed to enter the examination, even the police wasn't able to locate it at one go.. When the police nearby cannot locate how can they expect us to do the same and that too in the heavy rain. There was no one from IIBF to visit the center and the center manager did not come forward to talk. And what was astonishing that in the next batch which was supposed to start at 11.15 am, the center persons allowed the candidates to enter till 11.10 am!! Rules are there but not the same for everyone!! Now guys plz suggest what further action should be taken in this case..

 

Really very sad. First of all iibf should ensure locations shall be proper connected way from town n land marks also should be identified..

 

Locations are at colleges outside of city limits where no autoriksha flies.

 

Nonsense. There is no such thing as system will not allow to login.. What a bunch of stubborn idiots. The counter will start when you click the start button on the page.

no option, this happen with me too, but it was certificate course. They are boss of themselves they dont want to hear anything even if it is 1 second late, which happen with me.

 

I don't understand why humans react with such stupidity. A candidate have prepared and came for exam before the start of exam.All the possibilities of any unfair means are totally neglected as paper was not started by that time. Why Centre manager not allowed is questionable. You cannot go by what is written in admit letter. God has given brain to access what is right and what is wrong. This type of strictness calls for a tight slap on such sick people who don't care about someone future.

 

They were conducting the IIBF exam for the first tym and actually had no sense to carry out the exam !

 

Tumhe usse tym iibf ko complaint Kar Ni thi...taaki same day tumhara exam hojaata ...nw u hv to wait for 6 mnths

 

I complained about this to iibf because same case happened with me they said you should follow the timing writeen in admit card

 

Same incident must be mailed to IIBF as well.They too are human beings so they must instruct those manager to behave like a human being not as robbot.

 

Centres locations are too confusing..I have the same experience...bakwas management by Iibf...do bankers really get this much time to read this big syllabus?do they really think that we are preparing for IAS?I mean it's rubbish...

 

Even this sought of strictness is not seen in IAS exams!!

 

Mam plz complain the iibf so the center cancelled for next nov exam they should take u in side bcs it was havely ☔ and allow for exam is separate issue

 

Isse kuchh nahi hoga , Prepared for next,U are not the first facing this situation.

 

That is obvious nothing will happen ...but if something related to JAIIB CAIIB we want to share, I think we can share on the group!! As it is open to all!!

 

Must teach a lesson to those who are responsible for your loss.....

 

it is so disapointing...this same incident hppend 2 me too...This is so disappinting to know dat all xpectations r made to bankers but no 1 care for a banker...they could have allowed as v were not much late but they didnt listened to a single thing..But nothng could b done now...as we lose our attempt

 

U wont loose ur attempt just complain about this contact iibf through mails and lodge complain against the center. And try to contact over phone

Mujhe pata hai diya hai...Har bar diya hota hai. Koi pehli baar nahi diya exam...Lekin itne kharab weather conditions me 5 mins late ko allow karna humanity hoti hai...Nd I didn't reach after 8.30...I reached at 8.20.. which is well before time!!

 

message must send to iibf for such things and for location of exam centres should be clear

 

While the rules have already been communicated in the Admit Card, iibf has not taken into the consideration , the remote location of exam centres . This time the centres have been provided far away at remote locations that has little or no conveyance available. Same happened with us. We had our centre at Tughlakabad , Delhi which is 24km away from my place in Delhi. And due to heavy rains , the road was almost invisible among the potholes.A lot of people got late but the Centre Manager was a good man. He allowed us to enter the premises considering the remote location and heavy rains.

 

Ya that is the thing m saying...If rules are there , they shd be followed but one should not be rigid and ignore the other conditions...It depends upon person to person, how one responds to situation like these..As in my case they allowed the ppl of the next batch but denied us!

 

You should drop an email to iibf regarding the issue faced at the exam centre. I am skeptical about iibf being reconsidering the exam for you guys. But the Centre might be with held from conducting any iibf exams going further.The more the emails, the more impact it will have.

May be woh bank customer rahega jisko hal me hi kisi banker ne counter timing ke bad service nahi di hogi. Aur sunday ko usane revenge le lo..
