Friends today i analysis last years final cut-off and i find that there is always more then 4 marks difference between general and obc cut off 2016 general 75.95 to 55.30 obc 66.80 to 51.30 2015 general 67.60 obc63.60 2013 general 65.4 obc 60.6 2012 general 60.5 obc 56.5 ( converted to 100 from 200 ) 2011 general 57 obc 53.5 ( converted to 100 from 200 ) Second thing i find there is always more then 10 number diffrence in minimum cut-off and maximum cut-off marks Third thing i find that more people lie in lower side of cut off. Bellow is number wise list of obc candidate selected in 2016 marks Number of candidate selected 51.30 to 52 9 52 to 53 36 53 to 54 34 54 to 55 26 55 to 56 12 56 to 57 15 57 to 58 9 58 to 59 9 59 to 60 7 60 to 61 3 61 to 62 0 62 to 63 0 63 to 64 1 64 to 65 0 65 to 66 1 Total 162 So don’t think about high scoring candidates they are very less

 

Brilliant! Must have took u some time to do that. That's exactly what I was said in my post. The merit list is like a pyramid.. less no. Of people on the top more at the bottom.

 

Pls general ka v bata do. Last year lowest cut off for gen. And uus marks per kitne logo ka selection hua. Pls batao. @Karan Chaudhary

According to me gen max 82 min 66 OBC max 76 min 62 SC max 70 min 56

 

2016 - 55.30% Written cutoff- 89 × 0.4 = 35.60Interview = 19.70 Min cutoff = 55.30%
