. Mr. X has a saving bank account with the bank in which he deposited Rs.3 lac. After few days he was arrested on charges of a fraud. The police advised the bank not ot allow any withdrawal from the account. A cheque is presented for payment, after receipt of notice from Police. What the bank will do: a. Cheque will returned, being a fraud case b. Cheque will be paid because X still remains a customer. c. Cheque can be paid only after getting another order from police d. Cheque can be paid only if an order from court is brought by the account holder.
