Private banks plays a vital role in attracting customers. The try to fit in the customer with their available product or options. However this function is not carried out in PSBs. The other important point is the customers are treated genuine to use the banks produts and services. The time gap and approach method had a vast difference when it comes for loan approval in Private and PSBs. This way private banks can generate more funds into its system and grows stronger. In PSBs there more chance for sub prime loans by the way of political influence from HNI which in turns as NPAs in future. Private banks mostly concentrate on home loans whereas PSBs on infrastructure projects.
