Ya me too Today said 20000 for fd but don't know seems like I hv read for closure too.... If any one hv proof plz share

 

It for fd bankers cheque closed account procceds n nomination claim as well

 

Limit for fd is less than 20000 in cash but for saving there is no limit.. .. as the customer can widraw any amount in cassh from his saving account....

 

In case of nomination we cannot pay in cash more than 20000 but if the cuatomer himself wants to close the account then i dont think there is any problem...

 

In case of nomination the entire bal of account if claimed needs to be paid in cash except fd
