Well. This is something many failed to notice. This was told by my friend who got selected in 2015 and I couldn't make it. And following his advice , I made it in 2016.He told me they are govt banks. They try to give job to people who actually need it. In most cases it happens. You need to show how badly u need this job. I m not saying it's the only criteria. But it's a very important one people fail to realise. Coz govt job not only helps the individual but also helps the entire family. So they look even that part.

 

But as I said earlier it's not the only criteria. In 2015: I had money . Bought new shoes. Blazer. New shirt tie trousers everything new. And interview ensured that I answered all questions. But I felt they din see how badly I need the job. So less overall marks and couldn't make it.2016: no money. Used old shirt. No blazer. Old trouser.no tie. The only thing new was socks. Again ensured that I answered all questions.but also showed that I m in need of this job. I want this job. Overall marks good. Made it to the list.This was my experience. May differ.m not saying this happens with everyone.but yes wid me it happened.Earlier I had that gut feeling that I a MBA with couple of years experience in the largest private sector bank. But next time I showed I m in really need of this job.

I remember only 2016. 119 and interview shud be btw 65-70

 

thats where people make mistake. they think blazer will do miracles. yes, bt its myth. people who judge others by their external appearance are i dont knw what i call them bt this is nt r8. neways a simple shirt, pant, belt, socks, shoe will do the job. and above all, knwldg is wat is nail in the coffin.

 

blazer helps in giving professional look. Though its not a guarantee of success in interview in other words Fashion is about dressing according to what's fashionable. Style is more about being yourself.

 

Moreover I feel If you look really smart it will give a big boost to your confidence.

 

Wear whatever you want to wear. The only prerequisite is that, you must carry that well and when you speak up your outer and inner personality should be Undistinguished. You should know about each and everything from your recent educational background.
