    No one... All are equal... Score marks and clear cutoff...

    The one who justifies his/her candidature. If their Phase II marks are same and if RBI has to select only one candidate.And in case their interview performance is also equal then they will prefer RBI Assistant....See more

    Sir you are much more experienced person to me but in my opinion they prefer SBI PO candidate in your last condition.
