    IBPS PO salary structure is the same in all PSBs k think only the allowances differ.

    In IBPS PO . Gross around 40000. Nps will be deducted. i.e. around 4000. Plus rent. Plus perks around 3000.

    perks vary in different banks..its nearly 5000 in mine..if bank has quarters you may get accommodation in them otherwise rent is provided as per eligibility

    For chennai u will get 20k as lease accommodation or delhi 28 k ..

    Sbi po- gross 46k and take home 39k Plus petrol;newspaper allowance - 5.5kLease house facility.. Max 29000 in mumbai (apart from salary)

    Salary and perks are mentioned in SBI P.O notification itself.Better dont come to banking...Go for UPSC,SSC.
