    My mother's surname is different in my 10th and 12th mark-sheet. I have got an affidavit,attested photocopy of my transfer certificate and a written note on school's notepad which mentions the name that shall be considered right as per records. Is that enough in case a problem arises?

    They will not need anything... they didnt took my 12th marksheet today... said it is not needed just 10th and graduation...

    to 12 ka koi panga nahi he to koi affidavit banwane ko jarurat nahi na?

    bhai maine tahseeldar ke office ke bahar se banwaya hai.. and ye likhwaya hai usme...ki ye documents orignal hai and agar koi farjiwada paya jata hai to aap legal actions lene ke liye free hai.
