From macmilan if date is 31-06-2017 than date is considered last date of that month.

 

A,Because date beyond calendar date is treated as last date of the month.

 

D is correct answer..We will accept the cq and post it on or after the inst dt.

 

That is practice. But legally payable on the last of the month.
