How many are there...... seriously planning for CIVILS - 2018

 

Lekin bhai ssc ne abhi.. Le rakha hai.. Sala typing k chakkar main padai chut rahi hai...

 

Right now self study.... Online Choaching.. Vision ias.. Will join Choaching later this year...

 

I'm thinking to do module wise...coaching me sare teacher best nhi milte

 

but some are saying css is having a lot of work nd auditor is best for prep...?????????

 

Woh toh hai but ek acchi gp ki post bhi toh secure honi chahiye ias ka kch pta ni. ..pta lga ssc main 2800 mai hi reh gaye css is a gud job baki paise mufti main nhi milte kaam toh karna pdega comparative to other post in cgl css is gud for civils

 

CSS and upsc has no relation....you wont get time to prepare....

 

DA is good 4200 gp time khub milega ....ha bas CSS me Delhi me rahoge to koi coaching wagerah ya books notes easily available rhta hai or mahol bhi bana rhta hai

 

Da is 0 this time nd most important point of mine is to live in delhi

 

it takes certain courage nd risk 2 b absolutely for upsc... then more time would be the only criteria..... we`ve 2 decide but what about css will there be work more than 8 hours that is 9-5 ???

 

Hoga toh sabhi job main hoga sirf css main thodi importantly u will live in delhi with no field work proper schedule nd time table se kaam toh kr skte ho Joh field work mai possible nhi like excise nia aao cbi etc etc

it`s field cum desk can be given in worst case if u r left wth ths in interview posts and u want nly interview posts

@Amit Kumar Das if cant live in Delhi, is it not possible to crack UPSC?

 

no it`s not like that but in delhi we have coaching facility for all optionals and an ambiance for prep... which is very rare in other cities

 

Aisa kuch nahi hai.. @Arup Baruah Kahi bhi raho.. bas pta hona chahiye kya padhna h kya nahi... consistency honi chahiye padhai me...

 

Coaching se bas thoda guidance mil jaata h... baki padhna to khud hi hota h

 

My writing skills is poor..is it pssible to improve it for upsc in less time

Bhai filhaal cgl clear kar lo... You need at least 1-2 years to get hold of the syllabus n everything if you are completely new to civils

 

First of all, "study" syllabus, go through previous year papers of 5-6 years, understand the pattern n type of questions etc, then start with basic reading of NCERT books, and newspaper reading... develop perspective about different issues... baaki dheere-2 sab aa jaata hThere are websites like Mrunal.com, Unacademy n other coaching websites to get a general overview
