    No protection...only protection when signature seems genuine

    Dear no protection in any way for forged signature, although it seems original by naked eye, but no protection if its proved that signature is forged while it appears to be original one.

    while passing if banker doesnt get any clue of d forged signature...he is protected and the payment will be considered payment in good faith
     
  5. No dear! Forged signature can not be a mandate...whatever way it is presented, bank will never get any protection....pl read the case of A T Ali Hossain Vs. United Bank ofIndia

    If it is endorsed banker will get protection other wise no I think
