What are the RBI guidelines for the rotation in the branch, i have been at same counter from last 4

What are the RBI guidelines for the rotation in the branch, i have been at same counter from last 4 months, dont know whats going on

 

I think there is no guideline for rotation its depend on staff strength

 

Hahahaha.. Bhai 4 mahine... Log to saalo se ek hi seat pr hain.. Naye aaye ho bank me.. Anyways its depend on ur bank. As per guidelines it is six months rotation..

 

Mein Bhai 1 saal se 1 he seat pe hu....i joined uco bank in 2016.

 

No any such guidelines by rbi. Ac to bank in big branches rotation takes places in 3 or 6 month

 

Haha Kisi Kisi ka to ek seat pe retirement ho jati Hai..so just chill man

 

Six months rotation among SWO A or B in cash counter

 

no managers harass saying that u cannot deny what job the management says or intentionally he will give u such work that will put u in trouble

 

Bhai m 2 saal cashiers tha as a officer hoke bhi...

 

its pity nothing can be overstated.....work as the manager says or in the name of job rotation he will trouble......remember it.....i was similarly harassed.....in cash for 4 years.....and the manager got angry and transferred me intentionally into a distant remote village knowing that i have difficulty in driving bike....sbi madhepura

 

If u have interest Pl be seated on one area otherwise ask for a change Pl. Its depends upon the branch working policy.

 

but nothing caters to the needs of employees.....even if he remains fool for 6 years

Ab job rotation karwa ke kya karo ge ab circle change karna hai

Staff hai kha Jo job rotation kre esliye b positive in work ....

If manager is good it happens.... Licchad type hoga to koi mtlb nai hoga usko

apply for head cashier or special assistant u will get one seat.

i was in sbp but in sbi cash counter ke liye log koshish krte h

 

different kinds of bankers.. different kind of thoughts... i have joined in july2014 and until july 2016.. i was an advances dept clerk.. thought of working in cash..but seniors were there.. now transferred to another branch and from may 2017 i am working as cashier.. lost around 5k rupees at demonetisation time and now... and my anxiety is gone... waiting for aug31st to come so that i can handover cash to another clerk and comeback to my adv dept

 

not about money.. but mood was gone... myself feel comfortable more in loans..than cash and passbook printing works... but if needed will do the work

 

There is a word exigency. Soon u will know how it is used..

 

Iske liye rbi guidelines nhi hai..per 6months me rotation ho sakta hai
