People tend to make statements like these when they're on the verge of retirement.Better to blame infra than to accept our own shortcomings.

  4. We wish that NPA gets improved ....Bankers are custodian of most sensitive thing i'e "money" , but, why are bankers underpaid according to their work . Other counterparts in PSU those people enjoy good life work allowance balance unlike employees in PSB . No adequate training is provided...So unless and until one gets polished how will he/she shine ? .And if now these days the level of exams u r conducting , if u have done that long before then, may be scenario would be much different....Still our hopes are that, the condition of banks gets improved whose result would be a blessing for aspirants like us....

This can be overcome by providing adquate trainings in the relevant fields. Classroom training can be replaced with module based training. A refresher training can be provided in specific time period say 3 or 6 months which covers the organizational policies, revisions made in a particular product and services. I am not sure this is already in the system. If this already available then the bank need to work aggressive to fix the problem.

No one has stopped people from Bschools to join PSBs or any bank for that matter. People from top Bschools are working in banks.

PSBs are not allowed to participate in campus placements and students from a B-Schools are not that much interested in writing exams for PSBs because pay is not that good. Though SBI has recently started to hire from b-schools on contractual basis but most of those guys leave SBI before the term of contract expires !

Which means there is flaw in ur recruitment process. The ppl u hire become banking professional only after ur organization recruit them and provide training to them. No one is born professional.

sushil sir shouldn't share such bakwaas statement of the chairman of the bank who is famous even among kids for giving poorest customer service, if goi and state govt transfer all their banking related work to bob/pnb/canara ,sbi's profit would come in single digit of crores.
