Auditor is much better than any private job in corporate sector as they are on automation mode now and they have started firing employees on the regular basis...Your job is not secured in private sector..

 

Gradually all govt jobs would become like private sector jobs (even worse as the infrastructure n ambience os way better in private sector esp IT n ITES)

 

If u compare earning wise than the software company is best....where u have learn a lotss of new thing......and sallary depends on your performance.....and also a chance for a foreign trip

 

One of my friends left 4600 gp post with in 6 months as he found it boring n less paying... he was already getting 7+ lakh package in Private firm

 

bhai software me package increase hota hai govt. me 10 saal baad pay commision ata hai dekh lo

 

@Paras Jain bhai bt practically (don't get offended).. ache government department wala employee private job se kahi jyada kamaa leta hai. (white + black)..

 

i know it's unethical to talk about black money.. but that's absolutelly true.. no one can ignore this black money consideration in government departments.

 

Sabse pahle wo 4-5 lakh ko side me rakho.Ab sirf itna socho ki 2-3 saal bad us company me tum kis position me hoge. 5 saal bad kya situation hoga...Kya aap compete kar sakte ho us rapid dynamic growth me jisme me exp aur salary ke sath workload bhi badhega plus expectations bhi increase hote jaenge ...Continuous learning ...Always u hv to b compatible with new technologies..itne sare chijo ke bad bhi koi security nhi job ka...thoda sa family /function/extra leaves sochoge to directly influence hoga career... In simple, IT me rahna hai to apne dum pe raho ki ek company me gadbad ho kuch to tere aage 5 offers advance me aa jaye ..then no problem.PS: I m an IT guy.

bhai kuch government job k bhi nuksaan or faayde ginva do

 

Ha Bhai ....tabhi to bola ...Verna SSC ke 1-2 posts chhodkar (use bhi exclude kar sakte agar sirf white money consider kare) baki kisi bhi posts ka aukaat nhi jo private ke salary aur life standard se match kar sake. Bus dard is bat ka hai hm comfortable nhi hain is IT world me.

 

@weshootfood so true bhai, m also frm IT 4 saal ho gye aur bhai 10 lakh k package, package hawabazi k liye nh but ialiye bta rha hu ao that apko deciaion lene mein aasani ho, experience badh rha utna hi expectations badh rhi hai koi relief nh hai salary aur life standard to koi bh job nh match kra skti cgl ki BUT bhai to b very honest i am searching for PEACE now ialiye yahan hu bhai....long term sochoge to bht aasani hogi life k decision mein...bas saoch liya hai paiso k liye chahe kuch extra krna pade to kr lunga but peace chahiye mental stability chahiye, koi job security nh bhai IT mein

 

@Pravin Yadav absolutely right bro. long term soch ke hi mai bhi ye decisions le raha. in starting mai bhi khub bhaga hu paise ke chakkar me ...But ab bat samjh me aa gayi...mind peaceful aur work-life balance rahega tabhi ji sakte Verna yahan to bhagte hi rah jaenge.

 

IITs, IIMs krke bnde government fields me aate hai.. do u know what makes 99.99% of those to come in government departments.. (Power + a looooot of money)..

 

Bhai...shi kha...mein IIT se hi hu...know the exact situation...people of my batch are giving resign and preparing for UPSC...some preparing for ssc(like me) for backup...

 

bhai main khud ek bande se mila tha, jo iitian tha or MEA me assistant hai abhi..

 

haan yr baat zarur hai k vo sab bande ya to UPSC me jate hai Ya SSC me koi interview post me.. NIP shayad he koi aesa IItian/IImian leta hai

 

bhai ye to last statement hai he.. it's every individual's own choice..

 

Yaha jab thik hi rahta tab to 4200/4600 salary bhi kam hi hota yahan se ..fir kyun join karte use.... Problem to ye hai ki yahan "thik" nhi hai.

 

@Subiksha Balu bhai sahi baat hai tumhare.. pr ek entry ho jaye government field me.. fir to vha reh k 4600 grade ki post ki confirm taiyari ho jaege.. Agar 4200, 4600 ki he entry sochte rhe to private he krne pad jaege lifetime

 

Govt job wale group me poochega to sab ka ans ek hi hoga. Software wale group me poocho.

 

@Prince Kumar ab kya puchna hai bhai.. ab to pange le liye ab kya darna.. itne mehnat ki hai to government me entry kr he lenge (agr ho gya to).. fir khud pta kr lenge government sahi hoge ya private me he sahi the

 

@Ved Priy Dwivedi if you're a core software developer... And like you're work. Don't go for it.You would neither like job culture nor type of work in government job. Taking about salary, in private it's in your hands and in government it's depended upon higher level bureaucrats.

I am a software engineer but I want government job and I clearly know that the life style that i am getting here would be completely different there but for me peace is more important than salary. At the end of the day if you are not happy with your job than its time to change it..No matter how high is the salary.
