All about AAO AAO is a 4800 gp post which now automatically gets 5400 gp PB-2 in only 4 years.After4 more years it gets promoted to 5400 gp PB -3 as AO which is a class 1 post.Again after 3 years it gets Sr. AO with 6600 GP.After that 6-8 years and availability of vacancies it upgrades to ACDA (Assistant Controller ) and if you have more years of service you can reach to Joint Controller (Sr. IAS through UPSC) which has immense power. Only thing you have to do is that clear SAS as soon as possible.

 

First time recruitment ho rhi hai AAO ki, toh kyaa AAO mein NORTH milne ke chances kaafi hain is vaar???

 

AAO mein bhi region preference+merit_rank ke according milegaa?

Though 7th pay cmsn has recommended upgradation of pay level 5400 gp after 4 years but it hasn't been implemented yet, pay scale of AO also 5400 gp in 9300-34800 pay band. Nd Sr. AO 5400 in pb 3. Another 12 to 15 years are required to become DAG (6600gp)

 

This post in nowhere in comparison to CSS, Examiner, ITI nd AEO

 

CSS se yadi IAS me promotion jo jaye 15 to 18 years then it is the best post of cgl after 7 CPC (If you don't want black money)

WRONG INFORMATION1st thing the word automatically is not there.The candidate has to pass the SAS exam which is considered tough.Otherwise u can lose ur job.these guys apna chance increase krne mein lage hue so don't get mislead. and choose wisely. @Sukanya Mazumder

 

AAO me main problem ye hai ki , isme 90% seats commercial me vacant hai . Kyoki usme koi jana nahi chata isiliye isme har saal seat badhti jaa rahi hai or direct recruit karne ki jarurat pari hai. Isme mahine me 25 din aapko audit par rahna partha hai or Saturday , sunday bhi . Jisse personal life long term me dikkat karti hai or har 5 saal baad transfer bhi hota hai.par achi baat ye hai ki promotion isme other field se accha hai kyoki seats kaafi saalo se khaali pari hai . First promotion 7 se 8 saal me ho jaata hai, jabki baaki field me 15 saal lagte hai. To jinko audit par rehne se koi problem nahi hai unke liye achi post hai powerful bhi or respected bhi. Tnx

 

AAO is gud job why all u r misleaded by anyone....it's lead u the highest pick of prosperous life with reputated life...so don't divert from ur aim...this year is golden opportunity who saw dream to become a gazetted officer...otherwise u are diverted by someone and who achieves one's aim to make u fool...thanks...janhitMeJari...
