all ssc nr candidates fill this form

SSCNR candidate has to fill this form on or before 30/09/2015http://sscnr.net.in/newlook/MarqueeNews/Notice18915.aspx

 

Hey just a silly query - I gave the exam from nr region so that makes me a candidate from sscnr.. Right? so do I need to fill it or wait for my home state ssc website to put such a notice.. TIA

Ok dude.. And there's a column asking place from where secondary education is completed.. By secondary education does it mean 10th or 12th?? Any idea?
