Asking strategy can be wrong right now..but i think if you guys can share the kind of questions asked in phase 2, then it would be really helpful because its fresh for now. Specially FM. This is for both selected and not selected candidates. Thanks

This is a great review and very helpful....i have one doubt here...i think many of us give higher importance to ESI and leave behind FM and English...while these seem scoring to me..so in FM, when we talk about management...what can be a good strategy because last year also people got low marks....so now we have time and can concentrate on FM and english first?
