no address proof needed.. bcz of some mistake in my voter id, i didn't hv that with me n didn't get my adhaar card till then.. so, i went with only pan card.. n they didn't say anything.. didn't even ask abt any other id proof..

 

Bro don't get nervous if u have any problem in any of the documents just give them an undertaking that u will provide the same in few days...so don't get panic
