By mistake i have opened twice a PPF a/c how to close one?

 

Bhai don't worry ek account Mai paise deposit mat karo

 

Financial year end Mai system apne aap zero balance account ko close Kar dega

 

BHAI...ppf and sukanya a/c needs to be funded on the same day or else are closed automatically the very next day...

 

Sukanya a/c need same day funding but in ppf a/c it's not necessary... N it's simple..just close one a/c before funding

 

Ma'am plz tell me procedure... Customer be jeena muskil kr rkha h

In our bank there is a seprate portal for Govt. Business and its allow

 

Sb k sb ideas lga the ho..No one having perfect knowledge except PK ..But yar HO wale koi response nhi de rhe

 

By mistake hmari officer me open kr dia...Ab customer aakar mere se bar bar status phuch rha h

 

Yar yh koi solution nhi hota .. Mistake hue h properly rectify kro .

 

Bhai apna bank bhi bada ho jayega ek din tum dekh lena

Try premature closure. You can transfer funded amount to another ac and then close the ac

 

In one a/c mark death and system will allow to close a/c but in remarks mention actual reason or ask gbm IT HO they will solve the problem

 

Ma'am thy are not responding this is the real problem n customer coming daily n asking abt tht

 

follow what I've told this is the only solution for premature closure of ppf a/c

 

Bcoz only in case of death ppf a/c can be closed premature
