No minor cant nominate. Gurdian can nominate on behalf of minor

 

CHQ BOOK CAN BE GIVEN BUT WITH "FOR CASH WITHDRAWAL AT BASE BRANCH ONLY" STAMP ON TOP OF EVERY LEAF,THAT TOO FOR MINOR HIMSELF

 

Minor singly cant nominate...cheque book can be given, but minor cannot be sued

 

Neither we can issues cheque book nor he is eligible to nominate nominee by self

 

He can open student SB account and operate with his signature if he attains age more than 12 years

 

If he attended the age of 10 not 12. And cheque book cannot be issued in even that case also. We can only issue atm

 

We can issue loose cheque leaf for payment of school fees and hostel fees

 

But he can't be liable for any contract if he signs a cheque.
