Can an illiterate person open a "E or S" account with a literate person?

    Can an illiterate person open a "E or S" account with a literate person?

    No. If an illiterate person opens an account with literate person then operation in the account will be " Former or Survivor".

    Under Former or survivor Mandate where illiterate will be former.

    Mode of operation should be jointly then the illiterate person can't be cheated or disguised
