Can an illiterate person open a "E or S" account with a literate person?

    Yes it is permittedRequest the members to give the comments basing on the legal provisons ,RBI norms .Banking law and practiceSome are replying with R O permission n some are of the opinion only with spouse and some are replying it is F or S Kindly do not furnish your personal opinions
