can legal court notice create any problem in ssc cgl

hi all i am expecting a legal court notice within a month or two and i got TA in cgl2014 . Will it create any problem during police verification or any other process till joining .

 

legal court notice from whom? and for what?

 

did not pay the due amount of last company which i left in february

 

that may create problem in future.

if your previous company somehow contacts cbec/cbdt about this matter...cbec/cbdt will not allow you resume job..unless you clear all dues

 

police verification involves such kind of verifications?

 

yes debts owed matter...i thought maybe it was for absconding the company without notice or something....depends on the company i guess...how aggressively they pursue the matter....but as LilGolu said...if someone somehow tells the company that you ahve got this job...it may create problems....

 

there should NOT be any cases against you in the local police station....i think..no FIR

yess exactly is depends on the company...if it is adamant to get bond amount/dues...it can get by any means

joining will take more time...during which there would be interest levied on the due amount
