Do pvt banks give weightage to CAIIB certificate for promotion/lateral recruitment?

 

For Pvt sector banks an experience of 10+ years or so in PSU banks is enough. The level of exposure one usually gets at PSU banks Vis a Vis pvt sector is immense and huge. Here one can get his/her hands on every desk starting from SWO to rural banking to Forex and treasury.

Caiib certification consider tho hoga but agar specific dept like fx ya treasury ka exposure ho tho jyada better hai

I dont think private banks consider JAIIB and CAIIB as Psu banks do.
