Last year it was explicitly mentioned that non-programmable ones are allowed in Paper 3 but that's not the case this year.

oooo but aise kaise kar sakte hai ca ke exam ma to calculator allowed hai...to isme kyun nai.. numerical kaise honge.. time value of money,cost of capital ,leverage etc.
