Binay kumar sir, excise inspector ki joining kitne months mein aa jaati hai?? Aur excise inspector retire hone tak kis rank pe pahunch jaataa hai generally ??

 

bhai nipun joining time depends upon the zone . but on an average 8-10 months maankar chalo. promotional aspects are slow in central excise. almost 8-10 years me supritendent after that again almost same time for next promotion to assistant commoissioner. again it also depends upon the zone . there are some who have retired as a suprintendent while some as AC. probably irs joins as AC thats why.

 

early birds have higher chances to retire as ac or can reach to Deputy commissioner too

 

Sir thoda apna experience share kariye. Yahan to logon ne excise ko 13th position pe pahincha diya hai. How is the work,authority,promotional aspect? and after GST will there be positive effect on excise or negative?

 

pandey j .each person has its own thinking and mindset. so aap ex insp ko 13 th me rakho ya first me ye aappar depend karta hai. rahi kaam ki baat to kaam to hai bhaai. saare department me kaam hai and govt is paying u a handsome salary for that too. but there r so.e sections whre there is more work compared to others. 5 days a week and biometric attendance v aa gaya hai but not beingso strictly followed now. authority wise dekha jaaye to jyada kuch na hai. notesheet par sign karooge aur likhoge wahi jo suprintendent tumse kahenge. promotion k baare me upar k reply me bataaya hai.

 

@Vejyanti Gehlot thank you sir for replying. workload is not a problem for me. 10-12 hours is to IT sector mein karte hi hain. and what about south posting? is it really as bad as people seem to project here?
