Friends, I'm a new joinee in BOI as clerk posted at another District, plz give me transfer policy to get my home town...plz plz

 

Give a transfer request in written to zonal office....and be in touch with ur union officials to resolve it on asap basis...

 

Seriously.. bahut jaldi ho Gaya ... I have been trying since 5 years

 

Three years. You have to wait. After that you can apply... For your home zone.. if in same zone.. then you can do after 2 years.. sneority basis

 

haa haa home town for a new joined clerk... i haave worked 300kms far from my home town for 2 yeara and now came 60kms far to my home town... it seems after few Years staff will ask to build branches on their houses...be in touch with union... check if any mutual transfer be available..as a male.. you would not be considered as quickly as a female... hope the best that's it

U can get d transfer to your home zone / locality only if you have genuine / serious reason like alone parents

 

If you really wants home posting leave the bank job . Search job like primary school teacher etc . In bank job never think about home posting .

 

I'm have been posted more than 570km ,it's not easy to get transfer in this......... ,,ready to struggle..

All bankers plz don't encourage china products as much as possible..

 

Wait there are many who are in waiting list . U can apply for request Transfer but Transfer are being done only on seniority and requirements besis so usual time for request Transfer is atleast 2 year from joining . U can also apply for Head cashier vacency after completion of your probession period ( six months for clerk) .

 

Inter zone transfer 4yrs n within zone u can apply after 2 yrs.Its jus a another district so don't worry this is banking service never knw what can happen with transfer

It's banking and you are a banker. Accept your fate now. You have chosen this profession. You can't have the luxury of home town posting Everytime. Banking is a service not a mere profession. Bankers need to understand this.

 

If you are in same zone, then it's easy to get transfer... But if u are in other than ur home zone, u have to wait for 3yrs

 

sir, I'm in my home zone,,, so what is the process to get transfer to home District, my District had 28 branches of BOI......plz tell the process

 

wait for 2 years only after that u will be eligible for within zone transfer ... for other zone transfer 4 years minimum ...

 

If any vacancy arises for cashier in your district, then u can apply
