From reading so many posts about the aao and sas difficulty, i just want to say do not think that sas is difficult, if you are getting 450/600 in cgl ,u have aptitude to clear it easily , don't get bogged down by rumors, it is a good post and can be kept in top 5 preferences. I myself didn't went for aao paper as i thought cut off will be high and commerce and economics students will be scoring high but cut off was low now i repent my decision and i think same will be in case of sas, no organisation will want to select people and after 3 years demote or make them leave it. So the people who got chance ,make decision wisely, it is a gazzeted post.

 

AAO me main problem ye hai ki , isme 90% seats commercial me vacant hai . Kyoki usme koi jana nahi chata isiliye isme har saal seat badhti jaa rahi hai or direct recruit karne ki jarurat pari hai. Isme mahine me 25 din aapko audit par rahna partha hai or Saturday , sunday bhi . Jisse personal life long term me dikkat karti hai or har 5 saal baad transfer bhi hota hai.par achi baat ye hai ki promotion isme other field se accha hai kyoki seats kaafi saalo se khaali pari hai . First promotion 7 se 8 saal me ho jaata hai, jabki baaki field me 15 saal lagte hai. To jinko audit par rehne se koi problem nahi hai unke liye achi post hai powerful bhi or respected bhi. Tnx
