Hello.. Just wnt to select Human resource as a 3rd optional subject instead of retail banking in caiib... Should I or nt? Bcoz i hv dn mba in HR..bt most of the people say that retail banking is an easy subject. Should i go for the HR??

 

thinking abt dat oly because we can manage HRM easily in caiib exam bocz we had a basic idea abt HRM

 

And if we clear HRM in caiib is der any chance to shift to HR department in banking carrer

 

But there may be chances in future HR related certification by iibf candidate might be exempted from that paper related to HR

 

When u have done MBA why to skip.this qualified subject.

 

Hrm is much easier than retail go for it... and score 70+ just read it twice

 

Go for HR..One of my MBA friends cleared it easily. Im from IT background so i took IT and scored 70+ with ease.

 

Is there any person who have cleared opting Risk Management

 

U better take easy elective so that it 'll help u to clear caiib. After dat u can opt individual subject as elective

 

But when we take elective in that case we have to score 60 marks whereas under CAIIB we have score 150 aggregate Actually I want to pursue Certification of Banking Compliance after CAIIB under this there are 2 subject 1st is RM ; other one is Compliance in Banking that's why I am wondering to opt in CAIIB

 

Is it true..ao if we choose any subject then we hv to score 60+??

 

As far I know 50 in elective after caiib.if u do risk management one subject 'll b down in compliance right

 

First of all thank @Mayank Jain Davaggar for correcting me I was wrong Right now I have checked that is 50 after CAIIB as elective subject as Certification.

 

@ bhavesh if u take elective in caiib , caiib rules 'll apply......After u clear caiib u can do individual elective out if 11 subjects in dat case 50 is passing

Ya..just like jaiib..ok...so if i m choosing any subject HR or any else it dsnt matter..ok...

 

Bhi retail banking daily life walli banking me kaam aye gi kuch help kre ga bank me but hr nai

 

Bhai woh padh lenege..aur kya...bt complication of exam is more important..i think...

 

Better go for IT, even if ur not science background u can clear

take HR as elective..it is almost close to our MBA hr syllabus....else take elective as per your interest

 

Hr lai le tane easy pdse. Khali toru vanchvu pdse coz theory che.. retail banking bi easy che coz tne 4 year no exp che banking no so e bi easy j lgse.. choice is yours

 

Just opt for HR... Its easy ; better to score more than retail...

 

Go to the subject of your choice, jo hume aata hai wo hi easy hota hai, mujhse bhi sabne yehi bola tha to choose retail but as I was from it background I opted it
