Hey guys. one imp qn. What about this BOND sign prior to joining? Do we need to deposit the amount before or it is just the amount one has to pay if he/she decides to leave the job before the Bond period? Plz answer, if u know something in genuine.

See u need to sign the bond at the time of joining. No no deposit is required. Yes but if u leave the bank prior to bond period u need to pay the amount. However people have found ways to leave without paying
