Hi.. Glad to meet u all.. I have been selected in OBC IT 2016.. Very excited to join.. Am from TN, there r only less branches here.. Infact one RO in Chennai.. Need to knw abt the transfers in SO post.. Hw frequent transfers will be there.. Will I get posting in Chennai itself?

 

u will get chennai...dont wrry...in training jst act like u dont know hindi at all and talk to the principal in HRD abt dat...this trick wrked for my one batchmate..he is now posted in RO chennai itself

 

Wat z d inhand salary ?? N ppl r sayin v dnt get gud allowances in obc..is dat true?

 

ehh come on,,,,,we get good allowances after SBI in terms of petrol etc...bt dats after probation period...in hand salary is same in all banks...lease accomodation varies...here it is 9400/month...in some bank its more or less

 

other dan petrol u will get paper,entertainment and travelling...dat adds up to 1400+...if u take lease accomodation then 9400(depends on city) + salary.....petrol after 2 years

 

Yes u can get ro Chennai as there is no scale 1 in adc chennai..

 

mere batch ka 1 hai whan...mumbai me training hui thi uski...he was fron puducherry
