IBPS RRB how are interviews of RRb conducted

I don't understand how can any one judge just in 5 mints for both the technical and nontechnical knowledge of anyone..done with interview ...

almost all the candidates ar saying ki interview lasted for only 5 minutes....for me too 5 minutes

 

No yaar in Andhra Pradesh, they took almost 15-20 min asking.. Banking+technology+personal....

 

But final parameters are experience+communication Skill+ "LUCK "

 

luck is obviously the core factor and then written marks too

 

Yes written marks too ..but interview has 30% weightage it will be easier to get in if one got 70 marks in interview... Let us see..

 

hi anil i met you in guntur. in interview i told one wrng ans unknowingly. what will be its impact. pls reply. what is the range of marks they give on 100.

 

dont get worried interview is already completed what you will do know..just relax and wait till 1st jan evening..

yes, allotments in JAN 2016 so i hope on 1st jan.. logic is like IBPS / CLERKS / SO

it is all india competition dude. You may get posted in any of the 56 RRB on availability of posts. Example is EAMCET counselling... merit--preference mapping..simple

yes sure. my score is 104. but the final merit score may vary after interview score is added. pls guess how many marks they give on an average for 100 in interview..

 

guys pls expect final cut off. I think i could be around 53-55 (writen + interview).

 

I am expecexpecting cutoff around 59-60 for general category.. As the no of posts are very less

 

minimum cutoff for it officer scale 1 was 56 ..so am expecting around around 57 for gen ..now depends on interview marks..lets c

 

guys scale1 and scale2 how can u compare ? there is no comparison between them...!!!!

 

i knw there is no comparison but selection pattern is almost same..i mean 200 for written and 70:30 weitage
