I qualified for scale 2 of SBI Special management executive exam interview, can anyone elaborate about this sme post like work pressure work exposure job satisfaction and transfer & promotion policies.

 

What's that suppose to mean, I know normal PO in SBI workload is too much but what about Sme.

 

Bro pressure is uniform. Have you ever heard anyone in SBI not having pressure. If ur working in CPC's its okay but SME would be really tough. I have seen it myself. But u shouldn't be bogged down by pressure. You have got a job go for it, there are others who are struggling to get a clerical job

 

SME is special management executive not Industry SME... The job is credit officer profile in scale 2 so there will some pros and cons I think... Are you working in SBI man.

 

OK... So how's the work pressure in credit officer specialist job profile I hope they won't be making DDs or doing NEFT etc...please elaborate as someone told me SME credit officer will be posted only in big branches or ZO/HO so no rural posting, work exposure will be good but what about job pressure means compared to normal POs in branches.

 

Okay I will ask people about this post and inform you...but working in sbi rbi is manageable dont worry
