If i complete my three years of service as a clerk on 15 july 2018 (from 15- jul -15 to 15- jul- 18)

If i complete my three years of service as a clerk on 15 july 2018 (from 15- jul -15 to 15- jul- 18) in bank of india.(min. service period for promotion from clerk to officer scale- I in BOI) And i have sanctioned 25 unauthorised leave in this period. will i be eligible for promotion from clerk to office scale- I as on 15 jul 18?

 

add 25 day to 15 jul 2018 their after u will be eligible

 

Where an employee is absent from duty except on approved leave

 

leave with out sanction is also a kind of leave without lay

 

One more thing in BOI service piariod counted at first of June.... So u will complete three year in June 2019

 

No sir this is not true.One of my friend competed 3 year in july16 and got selected as officer scale-I last year only.

 

My joining was on 23rd Sept and eligibility was 3 years upto 31st Sept I was able to fill the form and got selected. Depends on notification

 

can any one explain the reason for ashish mishra not being eligible from clerk to scale 1..????

 

U ll b elligible in 2 years...if u hv a masters degree...

Doesn't matter coz generally exam is conducted in bw oct to dec.. you are eligible in 2018 ...good luck
