May be senior most clerk has refused to take then next senior will be given charge.

 

Agar aap chaho to oppose kr sakte ho..by rule aapse senior ko charge milna chahiye,par mujhe ek baat samjh nhi aa rhe laxmi ji ko thhokar kyun maar rhe ho bhai sahab

Same here bro but what can be done ? No circular for this and psb me to kam se bhagnewale employees hi zyada milta hai ..

 

Well it's your duty ,you have to if it's required ,try to knew valid reason from senior staff . You are posting this matter on Facebook but these type of day to day work related problem can be solved by simple talk with staff. You can also refuse for permanent cash charge if you don't wanted to be head cashier otherwise if senior most is enjoying head cashier alloweces then he is bound to take cash charge if he is present in office. You can also ask for rotetion .

 

Accept it , in my opinion no seat is safe than cash counter

 

Cashier duty is seriously the best n simple one if u love to do it...u can leave cash counter after 4 r 4:30 n go home .no one will question u
