In case of joint saving account first holder had been dead then 2nd holder can be operate or not? And mode of operation is E or S If any circular plzz send

 

I think the customer ID of first holder will be marked and it will get deleted and the account will be operated singly by second holder oly

 

Yaaa but any modification in name is not allowed in funicle

 

No there is option in finacle where account level modification can be done in finacle CRM

 

In our bank it is done by backend team and we have to provide joint holder addition or deletion form

 

You are showing nomination rules. We are not discussing about it. Nomination is different than account operation

 

If account operating instruction is joint than credit balance will be paid to survive along with the legel hire of deceased party

 

If first account holder deceased than you need to settle the claim as per death claim settlement process. Legal heir of first account holder and second account holder will get the money and account will be closed.

 

Depends upon the type of joint account. Say like joint "and" and "or". Then in case of joint or it can be. And not in case joint and.
