Is there any single menu in finacle software to check whether pan, Aadhar & mobile is there in the customer account or not... Please help

 

In our bank if we check balance or anything we gets error that aadhar no. and mobile no. not seeded in this account but for pan card we have check in CUMM

 

Acli me acount number and press f12.All info will be popped

 

I am using call menu but in a session I can see only 3 enquiries after that fatal error coming... Any other alternative

 

In aci function I a/c no f4 option a f4 CtrlE press f6 thrice

 

But myself in Vijaya bank ..... Finacle showing invalid function key

 

Tm me cash normal receive me fake ku6 bhi dal kar f4 Karo dikha dega f10 mat Karna

 

Go 2 acli enter a/C no press f11 it shows all details..

 

In Vijaya Bank....Not showing in finance...Any other options

Yes .....in tm when u seed account no...after dat f4 then in msg box it 'll show pan no Adhar no and mobile no

 

In IOB long procedure is there to update Aadhar card, PAN, Mobile Numbers of customer. Pl help us to updates customer details. Each and everyone one of IOBians are in troubles. We are giving poor ser to customer due our system speed and procedures.

 

Give cif ID in that and proceed. It ll show all details

 

In tm menu after account no. Enter type f4 u will gel all info

If, one customer comes to upto dates his/her personal details we are not able to do fast as fast as customer's expedition like updation of Aadhar, PAN, Mobile number etc...

 

Acli mein account no. Than f4 and after that control+p

 

TM-A-C-NR/NP-<Ac no.; hit f4 it will show everything in the pop up

Please. Use MRCR, inquire using CIF id. Seems only option available as of now.

 

Can we know all details of a customer? I, think this s used for modifications of a cust ID. Otherwise this menu not used to view the details whether PAN, aadhar, mobile numbers updated or not? It s long route? I want single step.
