    Mr. Anup had applied for a Home loan of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs. The estimation of total cost for which is Rs. 11 Lakhs. What is the maximum loan amount which can be sanctioned to him? a. Rs. 8,25,000 b. Rs. 8,80,000 c. Rs. 10,00,000 d. Rs. 11,00,000 What is the solution?

    Up-to housing loan of RS. 30 lakh there is 10% margin and income is also considered... So how 20% margin?

    ltv 90 percent so 990000 then margin 10 of 1100000 is 110000. 990000-110000 is 880000
