My name is not in List 2 i.e., for CSS and MEA. But, it is only in list 4

Hi everyone. I have a question. My name is not in List 2 i.e., for CSS and MEA. But, it is only in List 1 (AAO) and List 4.
My Tier 4 is split across 2 days ( May 9 - document verification, May 11 - DEST ).
I heard that DEST is only required for Tax Assistant (TA) but not for other jobs in List 4.
So, if I am not interested in TA, can I just attend document verification and skip DEST? I have checked the notification -http://ssc.nic.in/SSC_WEB…/…/notice_pdf/FnlCGLE_07032016.pdf and it says only Tax Assistant requires DEST.
But, both "writeup" after Tier 2 - http://ssc.nic.in/…/results_…/writeupcgletierII_28022017.pdf and my call letter ( though I did not put TA as an option ) says that List 4 people will be called for DEST.
I am confused. Can you please help me?

 

Yes if u want to skip dest then no problem u can appear only in dv

 

Yes..tou can skip..CPT..After skipping CPT...You want get CSS and mea..If you skip dest you want get ta All other post you get only dv....

 

Mine in all list but except aao chances are abysmally low

 

Sunn bhai jis din document verification mein jayega wahan officials se hi same question puch lena, answer mil jayega (seedhi baat no bakwas)Baaki if u r not interested in TA u can always skip dest.
