As given in the official brochure for mains,isnt there any sectional cutoff..because it is mentioned that the cutoff will be on the overall score?someone plz clarify this

There wont be any sectional cutoff according to the official handout. But you cant crack exam by skipping any particular section. So try to attempt each n every section.
