Persons with disabilities have to score minimum marks than general category

But I have seen mains exam cut off there was no section regarding vh candidate. But in prelims vh sec was there. Does he able to take scribe for mains?

For example if cutoff for visually handicap is 100 out of 200 And no one scored it The vh category will left unfilled that is vacancies for them will be vacant

Applied as vh in application cannot be reversed If applied in general category will have to face cut throat competition and need to be in the top 3k to qualify for mains
