    one situaitional question is there. If you are send to a branch as a SO to open the accounts with existing team. That branch having Very less accounts, What will your proactive approach to open the accounts in that branches???

    firstly we launch a special program,,and we may do promotional activity like pamphlet distribution,, banner in market, for informing for special program for opening a accounts,,,, and most effective we use sales promotion technique .....

    The basic approach would be networking with people.Bond with the members of the new team.Being available near the customer premises at the bank. If you can provide some help or the other therby satisfying the person, you can easily convince them to open accounts for his family and friends.Talk to customers, ask them about their welfare. If they have children, tell them about Child savings account, Mahila savings account (for girl child), talk about education loans.Befriend PAN card agents, since they could help a customer to clear KYC guidelines. Inshort be kind and friendly with everyone. You don't know from where a prospective customer might arrive. ALL THE BEST
