IBPS SO Pnb It Officer Joining Formalities .

Guys one more doubt.. For completion of NPS formalities we need: one cancelled cheque, pan card ; NPS documents mentioned at website.. Sufficient or not??

 

no undertaking just have those forms filled with black pen.. cancelled cheque.. pan card and address proof thats it

 

Some doubts about bond.
Please clarify.
1. On 2nd page, they have asked , under section three : charges and expenses upto an extent of Rs. ________ lacs and pay an amount of Rs. ________ only with the.... PLEASE TELL ME THE AMOUNT WE HAVE TO FILL IN THESE TWO PLACES.
2. On 3rd page line 1 also we have a blank where we have to fill an assessed as Rs. _______ are ..... WHAT AMOUNT IS TO BE FILLED HERE.
3. JUST BEFORE WITNESS SIGNATURE THERE ARE TWO PARAS , ONE FROM EMPLOYEE AND SECOND FROM SURETY , WITH SOME BLANK SPACE IN THE END. DO WE HAVE TO SIGN IN THERE OR FILL SOMETHING ELSE.
4. PLEASE TELL ME IF ANYONE OF YOU HAVE UNDEGONE MEDICAL FROM A PNB PANEL HOSPITAL, HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE AND TIME THEY TAKE FOR COMPLETE PROCUDRE?

i think yes becoz in district hospital med supdt is the head. But do confirm with the one who had joined .

 

nd radiologist report also be singed by authorized radiologist

 

I filled 1lakh everywhere. yes. U need to sign there

 

PNB appointed medical consultant took 500 from me. He suggested few blood tests and X ray

 

I got My medical done from PNB Consultant. Consultant Fee Charge is Rs 1200

 

Can you please tell how much tine did he take for complete process ?

 

hmm private or govt any1....but he should hv his stamp

 

If its about rupees fill 1 Lac.. If its about years or time period fill 3 years.

 

All places where we need signature from gazzeted officers : photos on attestation forms and two character certificates . I think thats it , or I am missing something.

 

I hv a doubt in indemnity bond.. Bond k 1st page pr jo 1st part h usme employee info aaegi.. But 2nd part me surety ka name likhna h yaa employee ka.. Plz tell me..

 

Plz tell me what exactly the cancelled cheque is? Is it same as crossed cheque? I m unable to find it..

 

If i have one certi from gazetted officer n one from pnb bank official will there be any problem??

Is there any standard format from PNB for character certificate? If yes, can you please provide me that performa?

 

Frndz i have a doubt.. PNB asked for "01 cancelled cheque of your account".. Is it mandatory to have an acc. in PNB or we can acc. in any bank?

 

One more doubt.. Can we show d cheque of some other person's acc..

 

Yes xray private hospital ka chalega ...with radiologist report...lekin medical certificate only frm distt hospital or pnb doctor

 

Hey aditya! what shud be the cost of non judicial stamp paper of the bond ; what is the date of notarization ?? M really confused

 

The cost varies from state to state...it should not be less than the stamp duty applicable in ur state but can be more than that.

 

If smone tells u to get it on 20 rs paper...u better go for atleast 100 rs coz those who had brought bond on 20rs paper had to face sm issue

 

There's no place for photograph on the medical certificate. Why r u asking this question??

 

Hey I have made my dad surity in bond. But doesn't have any photo identity proof with signature. So signature attested by a gazetted officer can reslove the issue. RIGHT?
