IBPS SO Pnb Joining Letter Receipt Of Satisfactory Reports From Two Refrees

On Page no. 5 of joining letter: "Receipt of satisfactory reports from two referees about your character and antecedents"... What we have to do in this?

 

Get two persons frm ur vlg/city... Mention there name and address on Referee form. People who hav PNB account are preferable

 

Bank will reach out to them to ask about u. They should speak gud abt u.

 

Is it necessary for them to be from same city or village as ours?

 

Any respectable person is fine. No restriction on address.

 

Preferably frm same vlg/city. It'b better fr u too, while cross checking it'd b easier bcuz they needed to b present. ☺

 

Whether gazetted officers from whom cc to be collected can appear as referee??

 

They should be frm ur vlg/city. Nothing else wud make any problem.
