Please guide..which is better.. Po in bank or UDC

Dekh bhai bank po me creativity rahna chahiye aadmi ke andar to phir usse achha to koi bhi nip nahi hai lekin agar ye sab nahi karna hai to udc ya koi bhi nip achcha hai. Aur agar payment ki baat karo to same hi hai work load bhi to dekho po me.

If you have any other goals like SSC CGL Interview posts / State PSC /
UPSC then choose UDC as you may get time in it and after effect of 7th
pay commission, Salary will be good . by the way in which bank are you working?

 

@Krunal the great: m in Punjab and sind bank.. It is very small bank and also the perks are also very less as compared to other PSU banks.. Thats y want to quit bank job. N of course ..I m targeting IP posts in cgl this year.. But
