Regarding DV CPT/DEST If u are having issues regarding dv u should know that your candidature is at stake and no one can reject your candidature based on silly mistakes or any certificate issue. I've seen guys with no obc crtificate appear for cpt after writing application. And one guy nit srinagr had a degree with no date mentioned bt he took his stand and wrote application and was allowed for cpt. So frnds dont worry they will cooperate with you. And one more thing they wont allow if you have passe the grad after 1 aug 2016. Aforesaid statement is based on experience dueing dv cpt held on 17 apr cr region.
