i saw somewhere the minimum of the basic pay for 4600 gp is around 41700 so what was it earlier and how much the overall salary is going to be hiked? anyone?

 

if 41 is basic then expect around 50k in x cities

How can one survive with 50k in mumbai/delhi as an "officer" cadre employee. Even SBI is paying 70k for POs in mumbai

 

If the government truly wants to curb corruption then the first thing they can do is increase pay. I know it is not effective but it can atleast stop from normal people resorting to these measures

 

you are not an officer. SSC ka matlab karmachari chayan ayog not adhikari chayan ayog.

examiners and da gets separate cabins, preventive officer, aeo etc not exactly officer but are referred to as one in many cases like when on field/raid. People who are claiming 50k is enough in x cities for ssc should note Basic of that 50k is around 38-40k (DA made to 0 with every pc) and with that basic pay you can expect around 1lakh( may be less) salary by 2026(right before 8th pc).

If the govt hike salary as given above, India will definitely become bankrupt. The above list is saying 100% hike which is not possible.

i think you dont know that still in 13,14 many from sbi have already resigned..
