Marathi aani chahiye if you are applying from Maharashtra. U need to have proof that you are residing in Maharashtra if its not your native state. They just want to make sure u can handle the local language effectively in office

 

means jiss state se hum apply karenge uska native hona mandatory hai? native state uss applicant ka kaisse decide hoga jisne apni studies multiple states me complete ki hai aur parent ka job transferable hai

 

Native state h to Koi problem Nahi. But if you are leaving in some other state and u have studied their and can read ; write local language and u should not have any issues on this. Basic idea of this language in recruitment is that assistants are dealing with local ppl directly verbally as well as in written

 

Yes u should know local language the UIIC officials are very strict in this issue.
