Those who have done with dv..please clarify my doubt..I have completed my graduation in 2015..But due to name mistake in mother spelling when I get changed the mother name..date of issue of marksheet also changed to dec 2016..I have degree that was issued in march 2016..should I produce any affidevit, will it create any problem?

 

What type of affedvit and what should be written in it

Ase mere pass old dmc h..jisme date of issue july 2015 h..But unme mother name mistake h

 

Ab bina university k kya kia ja skta h..please tell

 

ya fir purani wali de dena..aur mothers name ka affidevit bnwa le

 

Dmc p session may 2015 h..and issue date dec 2016..and degree 31 March 2016 ko issue hui h..and online result ka print h usme likha h date of declaration of result 11 July 2015....
